Adelaide Ginga

Graduated in Art History, with a Master’s degree in 19th and 20th Centuries’ History by the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities of Universidade Nova de Lisboa. Among others, Adelaide Ginga is the author of A Aventura Surrealista. O movimento em Portugal, do 'casulo' à 'transfiguração' and curator, aside from several other exhibitions, of the V Art and Culture International Biennial of São Tomé and Príncipe (2008).

Previously coordinator of the Internationalisation Office of the Arts Institute and also its subdirector.

Currentely is curator and keeper of Museu Nacional de Arte Contemporânea - Museu do Chiado (MNAC-MC).
